Calling all gardeners to enter our food contests this weekend at the Harvest Fair and Community Garden Tour this weekend. We will have eight community gardens on tour from 10am-2pm, two free classes and food contests on Saturday. Here are the details. Hope to see you there.

Rodeo Road and Legacy
Come see 8 community gardens, play children’s games, win a contest for your vegetables, learn about planting garlic and tying chile ristras.

10am Garlic Planting Class, Home Grown New Mexico how to plant and enjoy garlic

11am Go on a Tour of four community gardens with carpool or bike
1:30pm Chile Ristra Class from Home Grown New Mexico. Learn to tie the ristras.
