LAND FOR SALE:
I’m inheriting 20 acres in McIntosh, NM. I think the area is called Apple Valley. It has no improvements. It’s about 45 minutes east of Albuquerque, NM, and is flat, unimproved land. Average rainfall, 16 inches, average snowfall, 25 inches. Off-the-grid for sure. There is electricity fairly close, I’m guessing a couple of poles would do it. I’m looking for any offers. I live in Waxahachie, Texas, and have graduated from the Geoff Lawton permaculture design class of 2014. Because of that, I can see the potential for this land. Otherwise, it’s fairly useless.
